tsp baking soda

tsp table salt

tsp ground nutmeg

cup zucchini
cup sourdough starter

cup brown sugar

cup granulated sugar

tsp baking powder

cup cooking oil

Instructions
0 Preheat the oven to 350˚F (177˚C). 4 Grease and lightly flour a 9"x5" loaf pan. 1 To a medium bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix well. 2 Add all the wet ingredients and mix just to combine. 7 Grate the zucchini, add them to the batter, and fold in. 5 Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish. Bake for 55-70 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean. 6 Remove the bread from the loaf pan. Allow the zucchini bread to cool for 1 hour on a wire rack before slicing.View original recipe
